JT Excavation and Mobile Welding LLC offers Excavation Services, Mobile Welding, Metal Fabrication, Land Clearing, Trench Digging, Custom Metal Fabrication, Welding Contractor, General Excavation. The information on this Site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. JT Excavation and Mobile Welding LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JT Excavation and Mobile Welding LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will JT Excavation and Mobile Welding LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify JT Excavation and Mobile Welding LLC against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of OK, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in OK.
